Here’s the slides from a talk I gave at Lean Liverpool, on 8th Dec 2011, about the Business Model Canvas. What it is and how you can use it with Lean Startup and Customer Development. With my fear of public speaking and man-flu on top of it, I bumbled through the talk. So I do recommend you read the book Business Model Generation, if my talk was incoherrent. If it wasn’t, still go out and get the book, it’s a fantastic read. Also included in the slides is the Business Model Canvas we created at the end, as part of an exercise.
